It was a fascinating and a wow-factor night on the 21st April 2011, on the opening night of V1k1 Encore Premiere at Sinema Old School. Many fans and friends came with excitement, with people coming as early as before 7pm (show started at 8pm), even before the publicity team came. It almost filled the whole theatre hall. And what makes it more fun was that we had an amazing musician, Faizal Bohtiar from The Lost Hat, to fill us with great music! What an honour!
Many fans even came out with curiosity with questions after questions coming from crowds of the audiences during the Q&A session with Tzang Merwyn, Leanna Tan and Lyon Sim.
And for the secret reveal...
Did you guys heard from Tzang Merwyn said that he was going to have a huge surprise at the end of the show? Well, it's wasn't just an ordinary surprise, it was a huge announcement of a great new upcoming project, called FRVL, was revealed. It was a short (we want MORE) 6-8 minutes sneak peak of a extended cut trailer of FRVL. FRVL is a next big feature film project that Tzang Merwyn Tong is going to embark his crazy imagination. So, while we were watching the trailer, I had goose bumps all over. It's that good.
Celebrations after celebrations. V1k1 has indeed won the war!
It was all for a good cause for bringing something new and different and vibrant, to the world of film.
