Special thanks to all who made it (esp. christina, janice, richard) - through the dark unknown sandy rocky path uphill to the party. Sounds metaphorical of our project doesn't it.

To Sam, James, Fee, Seth, Mei Huey and Del, we know you're there with us in spirit even though you cannot be there. and we salute you

Special appreciation goes out to our location sponsor - Deva's family, also for the special meaningful and inspiring night tour of the inspiring War Memorial. Deepa & Deva for being the organisers of this. Falaah, Leanna and Lyon for entertaining us so much, and dexter for just being dexter.

Rock n' roll Dreammakers!

cheers,
Tzang M.

V1K1 Wrap Up Party Aftermath

After Production and it's into Post Production process right now. While busy doing all the Post jobs. We have ourselves settled and a appreciation for all our Dreammakers by having a BBQ Wrap up + ton the whole night party at Deva's house, our awesome 2nd AD.

Deva: Silence on SET!!! SILENT PLEASE!!!!!!!! It's party time~ Chill out.....

It happened on the 8th of May 2010, Kranji War Memorial Office, Deva's house, Evening.

On a breezing cooling weather, clouds are slowing moving in to block off the sun, train arrival... Doors closing*. I went off to meet up with Shawn, Tina, Dexter, Emoham and the rest at Kranji MRT Station at 6.40pm. We waited for the long awaiting bus for 20 minutes and we were totally excited on that night's event. So the bus came and we took it all the way to the Kranji Memorial. Well, except for the part that we over-missed some bus stops which we should actually alight at the 2nd stop. So we walked along the road side from the 5th stop back to the 2nd stop at Kranji Memorial. Turning our right, a long wide deserted road with little street lights. The sky is turning dark soon. As we step in to the memorial cemetery, "woohoo" I said! I sense something is close.. DEVA's HOUSE! As we try to enter his house, 'Viki' Leanna stopped us. Leanna: "Hey! 10 dollars please for entrance fee!!". We got away of course but actually it's a joke. Laughs*
The sky turn bluish dark, the entire place was absolutely quiet except for us. Crazy and happening! People eating their food while Farhan and Joy were cooking for us. A big thank you! Photographer like myself and some others, took photos during the event. Music blasts* And at the so call 'Studio Dj Station', there's DJ Shawn and DJ Falaah, commenting through the whole night, giving us away with music and DJ rock! Oh wait, there's RAP?! Definitely there is when Falaah's around. So we enjoyed our way until one by one, more Dreammakers made their way here. Leanna called Pizza Hut and we really love it! Well, that's of course cause who doesn't? When Tzang arrived, everyone got high!!! "Mr Tzanggggggg!!!!"

Night time~ Leanna and Lyon hosted some games for all of us. First we played the BOMB game!!! Dexter got hit quite a lot of time cause he's always there shouting, "Dexter BOMB Dexter BOMB Dexter BOMB to Everyone BOMB!" and we bombed back to him making him misery sad until he had to take off his shirt. Poor guy~ Then after that we played some guessing games divided by two teams. Team Lyon and Team Shawn, I was on Team Lyon and we won the first game! Following up, musical chairs and the losers will have to be forfeited. So basically, me myself got forfeited as well as Shawn, Tzang and the others. We got forced to dance individually when the music starts to play. It was insane... Cheers and laughters spread across the whole area.
After the game, we chilled out more with food and music as usual. Then Tzang played us a video made by Dexter showcasing the Behind-the-scene during the V1k1 shoot. Looking back, it was fun and thrilling. I missed those shooting days experience.

Soon after, we had the prize presentation for the Dreammakers Golden Fairy Kachang Puteh Award! I won a Walkover Award for Efficiency in Publicity. Absolutely proud of it even writing it down now in the blog. Somemore, it was presented by Miss Janice for my award, my own class adviser. Touched to flooded tsunami tears... Hahas*

:: BEAT BOX BATTLE BETWEEN FEX & ACTOR LYON ::
After prize presentation. It was an honor to have Deva's father to tour us around the War Memorial at an unearthly darkest hour during midnight 12am. A thrilling experience definitely! To be honest, I really show respect to the heroes of all the soldiers, doctors and nurses and the helpers who died during the World War. They were not even Singaporeans, they were from UK and some other countries and they had to make such a huge sacrifice during the war. During the tour wasn't scary but rather interesting even though some of the girls proclaim that they heard some weird music there. While we were being toured around. Richard was walking around ALONE taking photos. Oh the professional crazy photographer that would do anything just to get great photos even at the cemetery. An honor for Deva's father.. A huge thank you for everything. After the tour, we slacked and eat, eat, eat, eat!!!! Took lots of group photos and Deva sang for us! Yahooooo!

Crazy night...

Only a few stayed back... and when morning air fills through the house, I felt refresh. Cleaned up and we helped Deva pack up everything then we left with Deva's dad sending us to the station. Thank you Deva and your dad and your little cute brother, Sathish. Dreammakers, it was FUN FUN FUN!

Go Dreammakers Lab!!!!!

A Story awaits...
